2. Also, (we were in room 2416), when you pull up on the notch to have it go from bath to shower, it sprays a good amount from the shower, but a huge amount of water is still coming out the bath facet -- big waste of water so I hope they fix that.

3. Big negative: Extremely tardy housekeeping staff who arrive between 3:00 and 5:00 and who CAN'T COUNT, as in can't count face cloths, hand towels, and bath towels.
