2. We arrived during the gap between lunch and dinner at the hotel and the desk person was unable to give us any idea of where to go to get food.

4. We ate breakfast and lunch several times,and the servers are nice and knowledgeable of the area, food was very tasty, and the service exceeded my expectations of dining at the hotel.

5. Now the bad stuff: extremely noisy air conditioning unit in room (kept us awake), very few tv channels, very hot in the hallways, our floor's ice machine was broken the entire four days, vending machines carry Coke products only (I drink Pepsi), no lunch hours at hotel restaurant, front desk staff not very knowledgeable about things like computer questions, $9 charge for internet access in the room.

7. When more people than expected showed up, Fedelia automotically adjusted the head count on our buffet lunch.

8. The restaurant food was well received (especially the hot wings, their specialty, which were awesome) as wass our buffet lunch, and the banquet staff was extremely responsive.
