1. For the price and location it is fine especially if you are tired of chain hotels, plus they are pet friendly, for a small fee of course.

3. No big deal but their is a big sign that sits in your face that says note it may take 5-10 days for a credit to apprear on your statement for incedential charge fees depending on your bank.
