1. The service was great, the morning I was looking for coffee and couldn't get any, a young man employed with the hotel took me into the back kitchen and allowed me to get some coffee and juice free of charge.

9. No big deal but their is a big sign that sits in your face that says note it may take 5-10 days for a credit to apprear on your statement for incedential charge fees depending on your bank.
