9. The only mishap was a leak in my A/C unit that flooded a small area of the carpet near the window, but when I reported it, the hotel responded immediately, offering me another room (which I declined) and sending up housekeeping to dry the carpet and technicians to repair the leak.

10. Jeff at the lobby bar is great bartender - he called housekeeping to be sure I had turndown service complete with their delicious chocolates left on my pillow.
