5. Spacious rooms, adequate fitness center, fantastic staff (my only issue was a dirty iron, and a new one, still warm from them testing it before giving it to me, was rushed to my room in less than 10 minutes) and a serious touch of class.

7. We went to the fitness center in the morning with our athletic wear on and it was awkward and uncomfortable passing through the lobby area each morning where most other guests were dressed-up and we were dressed down and had not taken our showers yet.
