1. Staff at the hotel were friendly, courteous, eager to make our stay the best possible and that included everyone from the front desk staff to the bartender at the hotel lobby bar to the building services staff in the hallways.

10. The people at the front desk were very helpful when the lobby computer was not working, they printed out all of our boarding passes and even printed out a boarding pass for another traveler that was not staying with us.
