1. Our luggage was unloaded and taken to the room for us, and the man who helped with our luggage also showed us around our room (the thermostat, room service menu, etc.), brought us ice, and even had a fridge put in our room free of charge for my daughter's milk.

9. I find it interesting that higher-end hotels charge for Internet service that is no-cost at lesser hotels, and The Pfister is no exception at $9.95/night.
