What I think they could improve upon: The windows to our beautiful view were not very clean (this was a theme through out the hotel, including the 1st floor cafe), The bath tub/showers were normal run of the mill bath tub/showers, the tv was smaller than I expected for a 5 star hotel (21 inches), and the room had a musty/old smell (which I kind of expected since it is an older hotel).

10. First I'll start off with what we loved: The view of Lake Michigan from our 21st floor Tower room was FANTASTIC!, the bath products were top of the line, the bed was very comfortable.
