4. I unexpectedly went to this hotel without reservation during spring break after missing a flight, and the staff (particularly the awesome Dave Arteaga) was extremely accomodating and went out of their way to fulfill the whims I had from being exhausted from a 14 hour trip.

9. I had a stop over in Miami and a flight the next day, when I arrived I was treated fast and efficently by the staff the room was clean and in good condition, the TV was big as was the bed I would recommend this hotel to anybody.
