2. I had a stop over in Miami and a flight the next day, when I arrived I was treated fast and efficently by the staff the room was clean and in good condition, the TV was big as was the bed I would recommend this hotel to anybody.

5. The rooms are very clean and the bathrooms have been updated the bed was very soft and the room smelled clean.

6. Once we arrived at the hotel, we sat outside by the pool until we just couldn't stay up any longer i.e. around 5 a.m. where I was surprised to find several other guests who couldn't sleep in their rooms for various reasons including bed begs, smells, and broken air conditioners.

7. The carpet had obviously not been vacuumed as I noticed little pieces of plastic that hold tags on new clothing lying on the floor by my bed, just laying where someone had left them after cutting them off the new clothes.
