Lauderdale, we had received prompt and courteous communications back from their General Manager David Blevins who was so helpful and very friendly however he advised us prior to booking his hotel did not offer transfers to port of Miami and only went to everglades so unfortunately we decided not to stay.

5. the desk personal Manager Indedita and Stacy were great, we got carry out of a local pizza joint, and they did not deliver plates or forks and knives with it.

10. We turned up a day early, and they tried there very best to accomadate us and found us fantastic hotel near the beach, gave us simply clear directions and also the manager used his contact to make sure we didn't pay over the odds.
