1. Front desk staff was very attentive, Gustavo one of the employees was very efficient during check in and check out, and in the morning was kind enough to help me with my luggage.

Oh and the other thing is the cruise shuttle leaves once at 1p so if you wanted to get to the terminal earlier then you would need to take a cab, but on the day of my departure, the 1pm shuttle filled up (you have to sign up)so they called me that morning and advise me that they are going to have another shuttle time of 12pm which was great being as though I wanted to get to the ship earlier, the check out process was fast and the staff was friendly the other down side is that on arrival with that full shuttle there was only 2 reps.

5. Check out is at 1230 and the free shuttle for the cruise leaves at 1 so we waited in the lobby for a short period of time to be called.

6. I had important emails to send and the rude staff downstairs kept saying it was 'temporarily down' and would be restored any moment> I asked if they were sure because if it was going to stay down I would check out and book elsewhere.
