1. Very nice staff, also they allowed me to use the lobby computer free of charge to print mapquest directions and much more.

8. We waited almost 45minutes to get picked up and then in the morning when we arrived in the lobby at 5am to get on the shuttle for our 6:45am flight the driver decided to not show up for work.
