When I first arrived, i noticed the front desk clerks were very tired and I had a smile, told the one very nice lady I know what a tough day is like and she upgraded me to a deluxe (fabulous) room with free internet, normally internet costs 5.99 per day because it is provided my T-Mobile, and fast.

2. We stayed here the night before a cruise, because it allowed us to park our cars for the week for free (I believe, or for a very low cost), and provided a free shuttle service to the cruise terminal.

7. The hotel is located just outside the Miami Airport and they have a free shuttle which departs the terminal every 30 miniutes giving you door to door service between the airport and the hotel at no cost.
