We checked into our room and the toilet overflowed and it ran into our bedroom, we called the front desk right away for assistance and they said they would send someone up,10 minutes later still no one came up so we called the front desk again and they assured us that someone would be coming, 10 more minutes and still no one came, I ran through the hotel looking for more towels to start to clean up the mess and then went to the front desk to let them know that still no one was helping us.
