1. We were able to find a much better place in Ft Lauderdale area (Residence Inn) for our last four nights that was cleaner, much larger, (two bedrooms and baths) and at a slightly lower cost.

2. Check in was fine and we enjoyed a nice meal at Grill 305 and when we went up to the room all I wanted to do was take a bath and crash.

3. The service was not what you expect from this level hotel - they constantly supplied 3 towels for 4 guests, on three nights stay we never got the bath supplies - something was always missing (like they put 2 conditioners and no shampoo, or shampoo and body lotion but no conditioner).

5. We booked using Hilton's 'suite romance' package which included champagne and a basket of bath goodies which my wife really enjoyed.
