5. mostly american airlines personnel there between flights; food was marginal, not much in the area to walk to or even to exercise, but there is an exercise room that goes 24 hours.

8. First of all, the barrier to the car park wasn't working with the hotel room card, so each time I was leaving, even though they promised someone would be there to open the barrier for me, I had to walk back to the lobby, and only then would someone come to open the gate.
