1. The manager had a welcome letter for me, the service was outstanding (as always!), free breakfast as a Platinum member,etc.

10. My flight was early so when I arrive to the hotel it was 10:00am and the check-in normally is not before 3 or 4pm but the manager find us a room for my 7 days stay.
