1. Staff were very helpful when we asked where to go for dinner as we wanted to check out a little of Miami since we had to stay for a night - loved the hotel and would stay there again.

3. The shuttle service to/from the airport was quick and very convenient and the bell boys do an awesome job of storing your luggage if you need to check out but hang out in the area longer.

5. My check out bill was $238 and that is a joke-This is one of the worst hotel experiences I can ever remember-Do not waste your money here.
