1. Staff very welcoming, from the valet to the front desk to the maids - maybe it's just a Southern thing but they were all great.

2. So, while the hotel is very nice looking, and all the people who worked at the front desk and especially the valet were extremely nice and friendly, and it is in a good location, I don't know that I would recommend this hotel based on our experience.
