5. People are sweet and even though they were full up they went out of their way to change my room so I could have a wished-for bath-tub (the otherwise hip recent renovation has placed contemporary steam showers in most of the rooms, but I'm a soaker).

8. only issues were the jacuzzi tub did not work, our room was rented to another couple that checked in right after us and we received a tray of fruit, sparkling water and a envelope for a Donte Davis , I believe.
