This was our third visit to the Residence in downtown Memphis--I was interested in the number one choice on this site, but the reasonably priced rooms were completely booked, and I wasn't going to pay over $300 per night when I could stay at the Residence for $160, AND be within walking distance to most of the things we wanted to do (we did have to take the car to the Stax Museum, and to Graceland).
