1. First, they let me check in WAY earlier than usual (like 9am,) the rooms are enormous, well appointed, super clean, very comfortable.

Arriving late in Memphis after train delays, a swift check in by friendly desk staff was just what I needed but I was then rather disappointed to find myself allocated a room (201 I think) seemingly fitted out for diabled clients and situated right next to the very noisy external air conditioning units which would have made sleep impossible.
