1. Parking is good, you can either have valet or park in the garage not too far, for a little cheaper.

2. The front desk staff greet us by name, the housekeepers are extremely accommodating, the parking valets anticipate our needs, the sales manager sent us a very sweet note and bottle of wine, and all staff members are friendly and helpful.
