Pros: - Great downtown location and the staff had fabulous restaurant suggestions- A good value when you consider the free hot breakfast and evening "happy hour" drink and food offerings- The hotel's historic architecture and the friendliness of the staff complete the pictureCons:- A fold-out luggage rack would be a great help in all of the rooms -- we ended up using the ironing board to lay out the suitcases- My guess is that the rooms all have their own hot water heaters -- none of the rooms where we stayed seemed to have enormous reserves of hot water although the recharge time was fairly quick.

8. We found a good rate via the web and when you count the free breakfast (including eggs, sausage, etc.), the evening social with free beer/wine, and the Thursday evening roof-top barbeque (also free), we think it is a great value.

10. - The hotel front door always requires your card key (good security feature)Conclusion:- This hotel offers great value for the price considering it`s not only clean and modern, but the rooms are full suites.
