1. adequate for two 15 minute showers with a 15 minute gap in-between but don't plan on a 30 minute "sauna"- Some people may like the "puffy" mattress toppers and pillows but we found them a bit over-doneWe had a two-night stay planned while traveling through Memphis on our way to Arkansas.

2. We had a studio suite with more than enough room for 3 women to shower and get dressed without ever being in each other's way.
