5. After much saga and being promised a room the hotel manager told us we would need to wait until 3pm for a room, whilst in front of us he checked others without children into rooms.

6. The Police then spoke to the manager and came back and spoke to us, he said the manager thought we looked like party goers, very funny as we were travelling as a family with a 3yo, 15 yo and my mother 63yo.

7. On the day of departure we had a an evening flight back to New Zealand, we asked for a late check out and the Manager okayed a 2pm check out (he didnt have to as we were only on award nights, but we are Priority Elite members so maybe thats why); but we really appreciated the late check out.

8. I asked for a manager on duty but there was none and the owner of the hotel doesn't come in until 9am when I'll be long gone.

9. The managers at this hotel are clearly inept and have no sense of the word 'customer service'.

10. Whilst this was eventually done, it was not until a week later that it was fixed up (had to speak to the manager Corey who sorted it out) and it certainly was a disappointing situation because of the time I had to spend to ensure I got the money back.
