4. the pool was closed and the clerk said it was a 20 min drive to Santa Monica beach - one hour and fifteen mins later I arrived at the beach - it took another hour and a half to get back to the hotel -DONT TRUST THEIR TIMING.

9. Tours is also just up from the corner and we booked our 5 1/2 tour thru them which took us around Hollywood, out to Venice Beach/Santa Monica and the Stars homes along Mulholland Drive/Bel Air.
