1. In the lobby there was a convenience centre where you could buy soda, snacks, etc. at reasonable prices.

7. No printer in business center and it was a pain and inconvenient that the hotel requires guests to use the hotel lobby printer; you have to wait in line, then the desk clerk heaves the screen and key board on the lobby desk to use and for all to see what you type.

8. It's right off the freeway and I love that you can go straight from the parking garage to your room via the elevator therefore bypassing the lobby.
