2. I come to LA for business and friends, so I was impressed and thankful when I asked Emily of places to take my clients, she was very well versed (not to mention my clients loved the restaurant she recommended) and quick to get me transportation.

5. The front desk issued a credit of $50, which probably should have been more like $80 considering that it was really hard to get a good nights sleep after being woken up shortly after falling asleepThe service was great except for at the restaurant.

7. The hostess in the restaurant, Raquel, was extremely nice and when we told her at breakfast that we were a bit pushed for time, she gladly just took our order and made sure everyhting was brought to us ASAP.
