4. Victor at the Front Desk is very in the know about everything in LA and Hollywood, and so was one of the women at the front desk, but there was another one who was kind of clueless and had absolutely nothing to recommend to us as an activity on a rainy day.

7. I would recommend this hotel if you are wanting to do Beverly hills but I would probably stay closer to Hollywood or universal city if you are after universal studios or Hollywood walk of fame etc. The staff could be a bit friendlier.

8. They did not recommend we take the public transport and didn't really help us in that matter at all so my wife did some research on the net and found rapid buses that takes you to universal studios for 3 dollars p person one way.
