1. This is a frequent traveler's hotel, conveniently located close to the terminals at LAX and with the frequent shuttle service required by the frequent traveler.

3. We had no amenities explained to us, like location of Club Lounge, restuarant options, etc. Frankly they had no interest in making sure we had a pleasant stay.
