1. It's a nice hotel with good amenities, the lax shuttle comes very frequently, rooms are a good size and generally are clean.

9. We had no amenities explained to us, like location of Club Lounge, restuarant options, etc. Frankly they had no interest in making sure we had a pleasant stay.
