8. We always stay here the night before our flight departs for Melbourne Australia as this flight departs in the evening and by staying at the Renaissance we have late check out and then leave our bags at the hotel and walk a few blocks and enjoy the afternoon on the Ocean Express to Manhattan Beach and to the shopping centres then back to the hotel for a drink and then the shuttle to the airport, no stress at all.

9. The free promo travel vouchers were not offered and was told that they only give them upon check out at front desk, isnt this convenient?they do this so you forget during your rushed check out and they fail to remind you.
