3. A couple of unexpected things: the housekeeping staff is a bit overzealous; they not only come to the room in the morning to clean, they also come back in the late afternoon to ensure the guest doesn't need towels and if you don't answer the door, they walk in; and the valet parking is not an option (there is a per day cost plus tax).
