1. When I inquired, the staff seemed to dismiss that this could have occurred until we insisted that they compare the bills, at which time they acknowledged and corrected the mistake.

7. We had an issue with our billing which was taking care of very quickly and politely and they gladly held our luggage until it was time to fly out.
