5. They lowered the rates substantially about a week before we were to arrive so I cancelled the other hotel and booked Ocean Key.

10. I kind of had the feeling too that the hotel was not at capacity and they could have easily moved us higher but did not because we booked on Travelocity and got a fairly reasonable rate.
