5. Check in was great,pulled up they came right out to let us know what to do, it was valet parking.

6. There was construction on our floor (the resort made us fully aware of this before check in)but it was no big deal because we were out during the day and they kept to the construction time frames (I think it was 9am-5pm).

10. We arrived at the Hotel well before the check in time and we were offered a free upgrade to a partial ocean view one bedroom suite, The room was very large and the view from the balcony was wonderful.
