1. It would have been logistically a better plan for the manager on duty to have access to the room rather than what prevails now.

3. i've stayed here before and it has the nicest hosts still, my only problem was the nite clert didn't turn in my wake up call as i requested in person but the day manager gave me free breakfast for make up, that was great.

5. The front desk clerks, security, and managers were very helpful when my car battery died, they answered any questions I had, and provided me with information on where the good restaurants were in the area.

8. The front desk lady i believe her name was volor tried to tell me that it was my fault and her attitude was horrible, then i asked to speak with the manager and apparently attitude is something they train them at because they were all well trained.

9. At first i did not believe that Theresa was the manager but i was shocked, in plain and simple words she told me that if im not happy with their hotel then i can just leave, and guess what, best advice i've ever gotten.
