1. I have stayed at the Hilton Southwest more than 6 times in the last 12 months, Front Desk personnel are always great, friendly and helpful always going the extra mile.

10. The front desk lady i believe her name was volor tried to tell me that it was my fault and her attitude was horrible, then i asked to speak with the manager and apparently attitude is something they train them at because they were all well trained.
