1. The front desk folks were friendly and inviting and the lobby was large and tastefully funished.

5. As mentioned above, exterior of the building is a bit dated, and the lobby area might need a bit of a refresher, and is not up to the Hilton brand standard, but staff were friendly, polite and effective.
