staff and porters and didn't have to wait at the front desk.

My only complaint is that upon check out, I learned that the
valet parking
wasn't free (since there was no other option--no free lot in which I could have parked my own car, I thought it was a little sneaky to charge $21 + tax for something that was mandatory).

That does effect the overnight guests though, as the
valet parking
situation backs up fast.

I will note, like another poster, that there is nothing to state how much the
valet parking
is, but I did assume I was going to have to pay (turns out it's about $20 -- I thought it was $17 but another poster say's it's $21).

Valet parking
is the only option, seems to be the norm in Houston, there is a $22 charge each day, but they were very quick and courteous about it.
