There were a few glitches with the valet parking and breakfast service, but after speaking with the general

about them, I feel certain they will be corrected.

They found them still dirty in a bag after the event we had flown into town for---but the
manager
did offer to let my husband borrow an employee uniform shirt to wear with his pin-striped suit.

Upon calling, I had to wait on hold for a

just to find someone who understood the concept that I had been double-charged, who in turn, also tried to charge me for the bottle of water I didn't drink.

We were each offered a free drink at the bar after we complained after an hour of waiting, When we were seated, however, the hotel
