1. The front desk staff was extremely pleasant at check-in, check out and each time we approached them in between.

5. At check out, the front desk attempted to charge my credit card for the room, until I reminded them that the trip was already pre-paid in full via Expedia.

6. My only complaint is that upon check out, I learned that the valet parking wasn't free (since there was no other option--no free lot in which I could have parked my own car, I thought it was a little sneaky to charge $21 + tax for something that was mandatory).
