5. we have had much better service at other locations, and I would not recommend this place to anyone, unless you enjoy the sleeziness of a cheaply operating hotel in Las Vegas, and definately do not bring children.

7. Went to ZaSpa today and although the spa is wonderful I will never go back again and will never recommend this hotel to anyone else due to the nightmare I experienced when trying to leave.
