1. They have convenient concierge parking, but unless you don't feel like a 5 minute walk, you really should take advantage of the free parking in the lot behind the hotel.

6. We had to walk up the hill to the hotel twice during the middle of the night when we could not get out due to this poor technology (and witnessed a departing wedding party's cars similarly pile up at exit because of the card problem).

8. It is a 5 minute walk from the garage to the hotel on a scenic path overlooking the black swan pond and swimming pools.
