1. There is a free towncar/shuttle from the hotel within a 3 mile radius and we used it to go to the Galleria Mall which is about 10 minutes away.

2. Hotel provided a shuttle to any where you wanted to go within a 3 mi radius - extra nice feature, especially if you wanted to shop at the Galleria.

The only and major drawback I had with this hotel is it's location -- it's located in a rather secluded area with little in the immediate walking vicinity so if you don't have a rental car, you're more or less stuck on the property - although the hotel does offer a free shuttle to/from the Galleria Mall.
