1. I asked for a copy of the final bill/new charges and she asked 'why didnt you just keep the room service receipt?' I thought it was rude and none of her business - she should have just said ok and printed out a copy for me to include the room service charges and parking like I had politely asked for.

2. If we weren't paying $16 plus tax per day for parking it would be a different story, but to be fair, because of the problem, the hotel took this off my bill at checkout.

4. we went there a few time, and except for our last day, we always had to go to the bar to order, get our drinks and pay our bill.
