6. Room Service: The breakfast room service request card states that first delivery is 6:00AM-6:15AM, so we checked that box and wrote in that we wanted it at 6AM - SHARP please.

7. I know this might sound picky, but I called room service the night before and tried to talk to them about wanting it at 6AM sharp but they refused to take the order & special request over the phone, insisting that we use the door card.
